BARC Recruitment 2023: 4374 Vacancies for Stipendiary Trainee and Other Posts Apply Online

BARC Recruitment 2023: BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre) has published the latest notification for filling up a huge number of vacancies for Training Scheme (Stipendiary Trainee), Technical Officer/C, Scientific Assistant/B, and Technician/B.

A total of 4374 vacancies are available of which 2946 vacancies are for Training Scheme (Stipendiary Trainee) Category 1, 1216 for Training Scheme (Stipendiary Trainee) Category 2, 181 for Technical Officer Posts, 24 for Technician and 7 for Scientific Assistant Posts.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before May 22, 2023.

BARC Recruitment 2023 Examination Pattern

Technician/B and Category-II Stipendiary Trainee

Stage 1 – Preliminary Test

  • Screening Test consisting of 50 multi–choice questions (choice of 4 options) of one–hour duration in the following proportion: Mathematics – 20 questions, Science – 20 questions, and General awareness – 10 questions.
  • ‘3’ marks will be awarded for each correct answer and ‘1’ marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Stage 2 – Advanced Test

  • The Test will comprise of 50 multi-choice questions (choice of 4 options) of two hours duration.
  • ‘3’ marks will be awarded for each correct answer and ‘1’ mark deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • A merit List of candidates will be prepared after Stage–2, based on the scores obtained in Stage-2 only.
  • All candidates with less than 30% in the general category and less than 20% in the reserved category will be screened out.

Stage 3 – Skill Test

  • The number of candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test will depend upon the number of candidates qualifying for Stage–2 but will not exceed 4 to 5 times the number of vacancies in each trade.
  • The Skill Test will be based on Go/No–Go basis.
  • Based upon the Merit List prepared after Stage 2 – Advanced Test, candidates will be shortlisted for Stage 3.

 

How to Apply for BARC Recruitment 2023 Online Form

Step 1

  • Primary stage: In this first stage of registration, the candidates need to fill following details, name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, Gender, religion, marital, category, sports person, state of domicile, aadhaar no and communication information like address, mobile no.,e-mailID and a preferred login ID. After entering the required details click on the ‘Next’ button to see a preview of the details entered for verification. Once submitted the login id will be created and any details entered cannot be edited after submission.

Step 2

  • Activation: After completion of the Primary stage, OTPs will be sent to a candidate ‟registered mobile number and registered E-mail id. Candidates can activate his/her application by using the “ActivatethroughOTP” option in the portal. The candidate can proceed further after the activation of the application. The candidate should upload his photo and sign after activation.

Step 3

  • Personal Information: After uploading of photo and signature the candidate can log in through Application Login ‟ with the registered User ID and password. After logging in, the candidate can see the list of all the posts mentioned in the advertisement.

Step 4

  • Secondary Information: The candidate can choose the post for which he/she is eligible and the page will get redirected to the secondary information page. On this page, the candidate can fill in the details of PWBD, Ex-servicemen, Widow or Divorcee status, present Employee information (if applicable), Educational Information, and Experience.

Step 5

  • Payment: Candidates who are required to make an Application Fee Payment can pay the fees through the URL given in the Payment Stage. Payment can be done only through SBI Payment Gateway. There is no refund for candidates who make multiple payments. Candidates, who are exempted from payment of fees are not required to pay.
    (After completion of payment stage, the Registration number will be generated and the candidate can take print of his application).
