OPTCL Recruitment 2023 Educational qualification

Junior Management Trainee(Electrical):

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution. For SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.

Office Assistant Grade III Trainee:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Examination from a Recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% Marks. In case of SC / ST / PwBD 50%. Must have working knowledge in Computer (MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint) and be able to type a document, edit, print, store etc.

Junior Maintenance and Operator Trainee:

  • HSC pass from a recognized Board or equivalent and ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade from NCVT with minimum 60% marks for General & SEBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Stenographer Gr-III Trainee:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Examination of a recognized University / Institute.
  • She / He must have a stenography certificate from a recognized Institute / Diploma in secretarial practice or Office Management.
  • Must have working knowledge in Computer (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and be able to type a document, edit, print, store, etc.
    She / He must be able to take down dictation from a printed matter lasting for three minutes at the rate of 80 words a minute and to transcribe the detected passage within 15 minutes with mistake up to a maximum of 10%
