POST Educational Qualification
Bridge & Road
  • Candidates should have passed 10th and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Clerk
  • Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board / University or equivalent.
  • Skill Test Norms on Computer. English typing with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute on a computer OR Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on a computer (Time. allowed-10 minutes).
Religious Teacher
  • Candidates must have completed Graduate Degree with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhusan in Hindi.
 Operator Radio and Line
  • Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board and two years Industrial Training Institute in Radio and Television or Electronics from a recognized Institute OR
  • 12th class pass or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and mathematics as subjects of study from a recognized Board or University Institute.
Radio Mechanic
  • 10th from a recognized board with a diploma in Radio and Television Technology or Electronics or Telecommunications or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic appliances from any institution recognized by the Central / State Government OR
  • 12th Standard or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized University or institution.
 Veterinary Field Assistant
  • Candidates should have passed 12th and Diploma in Veterinary Science
 Lab Assistant / Nursing Assistant
  • Candidates should have passed 10th with English, Math, Science, and Biology to be eligible for the posts.
 Personal Assistant
  • Candidates should have passed the 12th Standard.
  • Dictation: 10 Minutes for 80 WPM. and Transcription Time: 50 Minutes in English or 65 Minutes in Hindi on Computer.
Pharmacist
  • 12th Pass with Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
Washerman/Female Safai/Barber/Cook/Male Safai
  • 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
X-ray Assistant
  • 10+2 pass with a diploma in Radiology from a recognized Board or University.
Plumber
  • 10 class pass from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Plumber trade from a recognized Institute.
Surveyor 10th class pass from a recognized Board and Industrial Training Institute certificate in Surveyor trade from a recognized Institute.
Electrician
  • 10th pass and possess an Industrial Training Institute certificate in the grade.
Electrical Fitter Signal
  • 10th class pass with Science, Math, and English as subjects from a recognized Board.
Lineman Field
  • 10th class pass from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Electrician trade from a recognized Institute.
Electrician Mechanic Vehicle
  • 10th class pass from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Motor Mechanics from a recognized Institute.
Draughtsman
  • 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board and three years diploma in Architectural Assistantship from any recognized Polytechnic College or Institution.

 

Selection Process
  • Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

  • PET will be conducted for all the candidates qualified in the initial verification of the documents. The parameters for PET are as follows (A) All India except Ladakh Region (i) For Male Candidates – 05 km run to qualify within 24 minutes. (ii) For Female Candidates – 1.6 km run to qualify within 3.30 minutes.
  • (B) Ladakh Region (i) For Male Candidates – 1.6 Km run to quality within 6.30 minutes. (ii) For Female Candidates – 800 meters run to qualify within 4.00 minutes.
  • The candidates who are successful in the PET / PST / Documentation will be considered eligible for short-listing to the next stage i e. Trade Test Written Test, Detailed Medical Examination.

Trade Test (Skill Test):

  • Trade (Skill) Test for technical & tradesmen personnel will be conducted after the completion of PET / PST in continuation. No marks will be awarded for the trade (skill) test. The candidates declared to pass the trade (skill) test will only be allowed to appear in the Written Test.

Written Test:

  • The question paper of the written test will comprise 100 marks Minimum pass marks for Genera / EWS candidates is 35% and 33% marks for SC / ST/ OBC candidates.
  • The candidates who are successful in the PET / PST / Documentation / Trade (Skill) test / Written test will be short-listed to the next stage i.e. and Detailed Medical Examination (OME) on the basis of their merit in the Written test will be about 4 times of the number of vacancies.
