- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized University/Institution in India.
- They must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree.
- Candidates who belong to SC/ST/OBC categories must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in their Bachelor’s degree.
- She/he must have passed Odia as MIL up to HSC level or any equivalent or higher examination or have passed Odia as a subject in the specific examination conducted by BSE, Odisha of HSC standard.
