Vizag Steel Apprentice Recruitment 2023: RINL-VSP (Vizag Steel Plant) has invited online applications for the recruitment of Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT), Technician Apprentice Trainee (TAT) on its official website. A total of 250 posts are to be filled under the recruitment drive of apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before July 31, 2023.

Vizag Steel Apprentice Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification
Graduate(Engineering) Apprentices(GAT):
  •  A degree in engineering or technology granted by a statutory University.
  • A degree in engineering or technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament.

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices(TAT):

  • A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
  • A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in a relevant discipline. 

Other Eligibility:

  1. Engineering / Diploma passed out (in the years 2021/2022/2023 only) and who
    have registered in MHRD NATS Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in), which is mandatory.
  2. Candidates who have previously undergone Apprenticeship and/or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training and/or presently in employment elsewhere being registered for Apprenticeship Training elsewhere under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, are not eligible to apply.

Vizag Steel Apprentice 2023 Selection Process
  • Candidates shall be called for Personal Interviews based on the percentage of marks achieved in their respective discipline/branch taking into consideration the respective reservation norms.
  • The Mobile Number and e-mail ID given in the Bio-data form/online registration in the NATS Portal must be valid for a minimum of twelve months for communication purposes.
  • Candidates shortlisted for the interview would be required to furnish documents regarding proof of Date of Birth, Qualification, Category (as applicable), etc. as per intimation to be given to the shortlisted candidates.
