IB Security Assistant and MTS Recruitment 2023 Qualification

10 Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education; and Possession of domicile certificate of that state against which the candidate has applied. Only for SA / MTS: Possession of a Valid Driving License for Motor Card (LMV) issued by the competent authority. Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle), and Experience of driving a motor car for at least one year after obtaining a valid driving license.

 

IB Security Assistant and MTS Recruitment 2023 Salary Details

SA / MT: Level-3 (Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.   MTS / Gen: Level-1 (Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

 

IB Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection criteria for IB Recruitment 2023 include the written exam (objective type), written exam (descriptive type), Driving skill, interview, document verification, and medical exam. On the basis of the candidate’s performance in tier 1, 2, and 3 exams a merit list will be prepared.

Stage 1: Tier 1- (Written Exam) for all posts.

Stage 2: Tier 2- Offline Exam of Descriptive test on English language and comprehension (for MTS/Gen posts)
